I am Authentic. What’s Your Superpower?

It’s not something we have or don’t have. Its a practice- A conscious choice on how we want to live. Authenticity is a collection of choices we have to make every day. Do you want to be real and be true? This is the choice to let your true self be seen.

Finding your authentic self takes a lot of self awareness and emotion. In some cases, people can’t understand the difference of who their trying to be and what makes them who they truly are.

In the beginning, you have to be vulnerable. Like I explained in my last post, being vulnerable is about taking your mask off and wearing your soul. You’re basically coming out to the world and saying “This is me! Take it or leave it.” Some will accept it and some may not. But being you is the most important thing you can do in your life and it opens so many more doors you never even thought about! It’s a journey and it can be scary… But, trust the voice inside you and everything will come into place.

After you’ve broken through that shell of fear. OWN IT

Authenticity is magnetic! I swear I’ve had more people explain to me this year  that I have such a positive energy it makes them want to get to know me! Does that sound conceited? Not at all! I like to own the fact that people explain that I’m “A breath of fresh air.” Or just “A positive soul!” Not only does it make me feel good but it makes me dig deeper into who I want to be. This gives you the chance to get out there and spread authenticity to everyone that gets pulled into your presence and it feels amazing! Being your  authentic self is your superpower and no one can be you but they will want to follow you. Use your time wisely.
